This software is now available on disc from our Marketing Department. If you would like to receive a copy of the Data Transfer System (Version 2) on disc please email our Marketing Department via the link below with the following details in order that it can be forwarded to you:-

Once digital joint records have been downloaded to a laptop using the Minitran, universal data transfer lead or USB options they can be found easily using powerful search facilities and then viewed on screen in various formats.
All parameters relating to the jointing process are available. Visual analysis of important information such as joint integrity and operator performance is possible using pie charts and graphs. The information is invaluable when assessing costs and training needs. All information is just a few clicks away and yet is stored in total security.

FEATURES
- Helps uilities and contractors to conform to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 enabling the operator to demonstrate traceability of paramaters for a 'special process which cannot undergo destructive testing'.
- The software is compatible with PCs running Windows 98, NT, 2000 and XP operating systems.
- Provides a means of evaluating overall quality of newly joined pipe:
        - Highlights deviations from agreed procedures
        - Records performance levels of those operating the equipment
        - The jointing equipment itself can be monitored thus providing continuous feedback of machine performance.
- Chart facility produces a clear graphical record of error conditions, pipe usage etc.
- Compatible with all Fusion products having the Data Retrieval feature:
        - All automatic butt fusion machines including the current 'Gator' range and the earlier 'grey' series*
        - The QBox and most previous electrofusion controllers including A60DR(CE), M60DR(CE), AM65(CE) and AM85CE

* Compatible with grey controllers containing 40k digital PCB software version 096 onwards.
